Privacy notice

This notice explains how we process the personal data you share through the quote form and our contact channels, under Türkiye’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

2. Data we process

When you use the quote form: full name, company, phone number, email address, requested product, size and quantity, your message, country and the IP address the form was sent from. Contact details you share when you call or email us.

3. Why we process it

• To review your request and send you price and delivery information
• To handle contracts and shipping for requests that become orders
• To reply to you and stay in contact
• To prevent misuse of the form (spam)

4. Legal basis

Article 5/2-c of KVKK (necessary to set up or perform a contract) and Article 5/2-f (our legitimate interest, provided it does not harm your rights and freedoms).

5. Sharing

We do not share your data with third parties for marketing. It is stored only on the servers of the provider that hosts our website and email, and may be shared with authorities where the law requires it.

6. Retention

Quote requests are kept for up to 2 years after they are closed; requests that become orders are kept for the period required by law. After that they are deleted or anonymised.

7. Cookies

Our website does not use cookies or any visitor-tracking analytics.

8. Your rights

Under Article 11 of KVKK you may ask whether your data is processed, request information, ask for correction or deletion, learn who it was shared with, and object. Send your request to info@atilimvida.com. We reply free of charge within 30 days.
